Mr. Cliff Smallwood
President and CEO

Cliff has over twenty five years experience in sales, sales management, and business management. He founded Master Audio Visuals in 1987 and has been serving the greater East Texas area ever since. Cliff and his wife have two daughters and he enjoys hunting and golf.

Mr. Hoy Herrin
Vice President and CFO

A former serviceman in the United States Navy, Hoy received Vocational and Industrial Teaching Certification from the University of Maryland . He has served with Master Audio Visuals since 1991 and enjoys traveling in his RV. He and his wife of almost fifty years have two sons, five grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren.

Steven M. Jackson
Project Design and Installation Manager

Steve attended Community College of the Air Force and Letourneau University, where he studied electrical engineering technology. He and his wife have two sons and two daughters and he enjoys fishing, cars, and motorcycles. Steve has served Master Audio Visuals since 2003.

Randy Golden
House of Worship and Audio Specialist

Randy attended both Tyler Junior College and Texas A&M University and is certified in ProTools Operator Music. He enjoys computers, considers himself an audiophile, and has taught Bible classes with his church for over 20 years. He and his wife have two children and are looking forward to being grandparents for the first time.

Cristi Sherard
Project Coordinator

Cristi has served as Project Coordinator with Master Audio Visuals since 2008. She and her husband have two children and enjoy studying marriage education and helping couples in marriage crisis.

Paul J. Surratt
Project Manager, DFW Area

Paul Surratt has been serving clients as the Regional Project Manager for the Dallas-Ft. Worth Metroplex since 2008. Paul’s expertise includes Siecor TR-07-S Fiber Certification, Siecor TR-02-S Fiber Optic Design for LAN/WAN, US Fibertech- Fiber Optic Installation and Termination, Registered Leviton Telcom Certified Installer, Ortronics Certified Installer, Panduit Certified Installer, OCC Certified Installer, and 3 COM Voice over IP Certification. He and his wife have two daughters. He enjoys mission work, BBQ, fishing and hunting.

Jeff Slocum
Sales Manager, Installation

Jeff’s local education included Pine Tree ISD and Longview ISD as well as Kilgore College . He and his wife have three children and he enjoys golf, photography, and vacationing.

Kevin Leonard
Inside Sales and Rental

Kevin has served Master Audio Visuals since 1999. He enjoys sporting activities including football, baseball, basketball, and golf. He and his wife have one son.

Bruce Duncan
Southeast Texas Account Manager

Bruce Duncan serves as Project Manager and handles sales and installation for the South East Texas region. Bruce joined the Master Audio Visuals team in 2006. He attended The University of Texas at Austin, McNeese State University Lake Charles, LA, and Lamar University Beaumont. He has extensive experience in construction, industry, and hospital maintenance. Bruce and his wife have two adult children and he enjoys fishing, long casting, and golf.

Eric Neubauer
DFW Account Manager

Eric received a Bachelor of Science degree from Stephen F. Austin State University and has over ten years experience assisting educators in improving the student learning process. Serving our clients since 2005, Eric enjoys camping, skiing, and other outdoor activities with his wife and daughter.

Tracy Cox
Central East Texas Account Manager

Tracy earned her BBA from Stephen F. Austin State University and has over fifteen years combined experience in sales and marketing. She began representing Master Audio Visuals in 2007, prior to which she was employed by a state government agency for over twelve years, where she was recognized by the State of Texas for superior customer service. She is active in her church and serves as an adult leader with 4-H and enjoys volunteering, the outdoors, cooking, shopping, and reading. She and her husband have one daughter.

Sam Allison
Northeast Texas Account Manager

Sam graduated from Lafayette High School in Lafayette, LA, and began a career in the United States Navy, where he completed Advanced Electronics “A” and Advanced “C” School PEML. He is certified in micro-miniature repair and 3M LCD repair and has been with Master Audio Visuals since 1998. He is active in his church and enjoys Patriot Guard Riders and veterans activities. He has three children and two grandchildren.

Aaron Shelton
East Texas Account Manager

Beginning with Master Audio Visuals in 2007, Aaron spearheaded asset management installation, design and many control systems. In early 2009, he began serving as Account Manager for the East Texas region. He is a veteran of Operation Enduring Freedom and has served in the US Navy at Naval Air Station, Fallon NV and on board the USS Essex LHD-2 for a total of 5 years. He enjoys time with his family and friends, fishing, hunting and classic cars.

Jon Tibbits
Service Manager

Jon studied Electrical Engineering at Sir George Williams Montreal and Industrial/electrical instrumentation and Industrial welding at Keewatin College . He also received American Management Association certification from Letourneau University .

Karen Stevens
Receptionist

Karen graduated from Logansport High School and later obtained an Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood from Kilgore College . She and her husband of twenty years have three children and enjoy keeping up with their various sports-related endeavors. Karen has served with Master Audio Visuals since 2006.

Michele Leonard
Purchasing Manager

Michele obtained an Associate’s Degree in Business and has served Master Audio Visuals since 1997. She is an avid reader and shopper. Michele and her husband have a son and they enjoy cheering loudly for him on the football field and the baseball diamond.

Nancy Flournoy
Accounting Manager

Nancy received her BBA from Texas A&M University and has served with Master Audio Visuals since 2000. She and her husband of over thirty years have two grown sons and she enjoys traveling and the outdoors.
