In most instances, Master Audio Visuals, Inc. will send someone to pick up an item for repair if the unit is under warranty.
Master Audio Visuals, Inc. will honor all manufacturers warranties on equipment. It may be necessary to return some equipment to the manufacturer for repair or replacement. The expense of shipping equipment will be the responsibility of the customer.
Statement of Guarantee
Master Audio Visuals, Inc. will make available equivalent replacement parts for a product sold to the state for at least 3 years after a product is discontinued.
